Senior Project Manager - Asset Strategy
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week

Looking for a challenging role where your expertise shapes the future of asset management? We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead lifecycle planning and project development across a diverse portfolio of facilities.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes, ensuring accurate pricing and justification for future works.
Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate with estimators to secure costings for planned works.
Review condition surveys and maintenance reports to create scopes of work and project estimates.
Package survey findings into efficient project plans to minimise disruption and improve delivery.
Support tendering and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFTs.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards throughout project planning and execution.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus membership of a recognised technical body.
Experience: Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Background in M&E services preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive improvement and manage risk effectively.
Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
