About The Role
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll champion a vibrant workplace, from creating unforgettable employee experiences to fostering a culture of growth and inclusion, you'll be at the centre of shaping the Rudding Park team for success. Key Responsibilities
* Support with employee queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
* Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities such as Listening Lunches and internal events.
* Support follow-up actions and track progress on engagement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems (e.g. Fourth) are up to date.
* Process changes to terms and conditions, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
* Conduct Right to Work checks and maintain accurate documentation.
* Take minutes during meetings and support HR audits
* Prepare reports and data to support HR projects and management decision-making.
* Assist with applicant screening to support hiring managers.
* Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of staff accommodation, ensuring a positive experience.
* Conduct monthly staff accommodation inspections
* Allocate rooms, manage paperwork, and assist with moves and new arrivals.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
About You
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification (or working towards)
* Previous HR, administration, or coordination experience.
* People person and has a passion for supporting people and coming up with solutions
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Competent in Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with Fourth is an advantage).
