Role: Sales Administrator

Hours: Full Time
Pay: £26,000 per annum

The Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
Reliable with regular, punctual attendance
Confident telephone manner
The Role:
Process customer documentation, contracts, and payment schedules
Initiate and manage direct debits
Manage invoice distribution
Maintain accurate customer records using internal CRM
Send timely driver correspondence
Respond to general customer queries professionally
Liaise with dealers to obtain and process delivery documentation
Generate and send invoices to customers and dealers
