About the Role
As a Store Manager with B&M, you'll oversee all aspects of your store's operations and will be at the heart of your store. Leading your management team & store colleagues, you'll have the freedom to think independently, using your commercial knowledge to maximize sales potential and drive business growth.
Our Store Managers are hands-on leaders! You'll be on the floor supporting your team to deliver excellent results daily—whether processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting floor moves, or managing compliance. You'll work closely with your team, motivating and coaching them to reach their full potential, possibly developing future managers!

Requirements include management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, leading medium to large teams, achieving KPIs, flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and bank holidays, and experience in FMCG or big box retail is a plus but not essential.
