Classroom Supervisor (No Teaching Qualification Needed)

The Role
You will be stepping into a dynamic classroom role where you’ll support students aged 11–16 and keep learning on track during teacher absences. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in maintaining continuity, confidence, and a positive learning environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging, pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure students stay on task and make progress
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school’s policies and expectations
* Creating a calm, focused, and productive atmosphere that supports successful learning
