Process Analyst
Lytham St Annes / Blackpool / Preston (hybrid working)
£35,000 to £40,000 + 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 plus bank holidays + hybrid working + flexitime + additional birthday holiday + private healthcare + private pension + other great benefits!

Through growth, they are looking to add a Process Analyst with experience in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis to their busy team.
In this role, you will play a key part in optimising the business processes and help to gain commercial insights from the data that is sent and received. This is a hybrid working role, where you will need to be on site on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can work from home 3 days a week.
The role:
1. Maintaining a central repository of all business process documentation
2. Creating process documentation, process maps, and user guides
3. Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
4. Meeting with departments to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business
5. Hybrid working: Tuesdays and Thursdays on site, 3 days a week working from home
The person:
1. Experience working as a Process Analyst; investigating problems and analysing options for new and existing services, providing recommendations to solutions, and working with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available
2. Experience in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis
3. Experience managing multiple projects at once
