We are recruiting for the position of IT Support Analyst, joining the IT team based at our Ipswich Head Office. Reporting to the Infrastructure Support Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line technical support across the Fred. Olsen companies.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience or skills in the following:
* Microsoft Windows client operating systems, particularly Windows 10 & 11 Pro
* Microsoft Office 2016/2019 & 365
* MS Active Directory account administration
* MS Azure account administration
* Build and deployment of client hardware and software
* Managing incidents and tasks within a service desk solution
* Managing and monitoring security patching of client machines
* Softphone and mobile phone support
* Participating in IT training sessions for supported users
As the successful candidate you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work to defined timescales.
This role would ideally suit someone with some previous experience, either as a recent graduate or someone looking to develop their skills further.
This is a Full Time position, working 35.75 hours per week between the hours of 08:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday and will include a Saturday shift of 09:00am - 12:00pm which will be on a rota basis.
