As our Carpenter Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, alongside other general maintenance and repair duties, in response to urgent and planned requests. Your day-to-day will be varied and will require you to effectively diagnose issues and deliver timely and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking all aspects of carpentry work, including (but not limited to): Door repairs and replacements (including ironmongery) Window repairs and replacements Kitchen and bathroom fitting and repairs Flooring repairs and installations General joinery and maintenance Carrying out other multi-trade tasks as required, such as basic plumbing, plaster patching, painting and decorating. Accurately diagnosing faults and determining the most appropriate repair solutions. Working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety procedures. Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues. Accurately completing job reports and documentation. Maintaining and caring for company tools and equipment.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Carpenter, with demonstrable multi-trade abilities. Experience in a reactive maintenance environment is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
