Overview On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Housing Options and Supply Support team in Aylesbury. Working alongside the Housing Support team, you will play an important role in providing advice and support to customers in relation to housing options & supply, homeless assessment, social housing applications, lettings of housing, housing supply and procurement, management of temporary accommodation, and financial monitoring and maintenance etc. Temporary – until 30 September with potential to extend Hours – Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm Pay Rate – £14.78 per hour Start Date – ASAP Work Schedule – Mix of office working and home working Location – Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA About the role As a Housing Options & Supply Support Officer, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: Assisting with emails from the choice based lettings mailbox, uploading evidence to locata. Working through nominations for those who have been nominated for housing. Speaking to customers on the phone on occasion, to request missing evidence to support their application.
