Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessment Process Management: You'll oversee the BREEAM assessment process, ensuring compliance with relevant criteria. This involves validating evidence submitted by the design team and assessing sustainability performance.
* Client Liaison and Data Collection: Collaborate with clients, gather information, and assess design data on various BREEAM and HQM (Home Quality Mark) projects. You'll manage multiple BREEAM projects from inception to completion.
* Non-Domestic Experience: Your experience with non-domestic buildings (commercial, industrial, institutional, etc.) will be valuable. Understanding the unique challenges and requirements of such projects is essential.
* Hybrid Working Integration: They support hybrid working, allowing you to balance remote work and office-based tasks effectively.
