This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who enjoys influence, insight and impact. Working closely with on-site leadership teams, you'll play a key role in driving profitability, supporting decision-making and embedding strong financial discipline across your region.
This is a remote role which involves national travel.
This role reports to the Director of Finance.
About the Role
You are accountable for financial performance, forecasting accuracy and commercial insight across your region. Acting as a trusted partner, you will challenge assumptions, improve decision making and embed strong financial governance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning hotel-level forecasts, ensuring accuracy, consistency and commercial clarity.
* Partnering closely with GMs and Heads of Department to influence smarter, more profitable decisions.
* Taking full ownership of PLs, balance sheets and management accounts across your portfolio.
* Leading budgeting cycles, ensuring outputs are robust, professional and clearly explainable.
* Identifying and driving profit-improvement opportunities with on-site teams.
* Coaching and supporting site finance teams to raise capability and standards.
* Embedding best practice, consistency and strong financial controls across all sites.
* Tackling overspends and margin issues at pace, holding teams to account against agreed targets.

About You
You're a commercially sharp, operationally focused finance professional who isn't afraid to challenge. You're confident in front of senior stakeholders and thrive in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
We're looking for:
* CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
* Hospitality, hotel, leisure or FB finance experience, ideally multi-site.
* Strong management accounts and commercial analysis capability.
* Proven business partnering skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
* High standards of accuracy and balance sheet control.
* Self-motivation, decisiveness and a relentless focus on performance.
