Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and polished front of house sales assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will also support operational functions, helping to maintain an organised and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering a friendly and professional service
· Schedule appointments and manage the store calendar ensuring an efficient flow of customers
· Maintain the appearance of the front of house, ensuring it is always welcoming and presentable
· Take orders for watch servicing and jewellery repairs
· Manage emails, responding to customer enquiries with the support from the horologist or technician
· Assist with operational tasks including but not limited to data entry and mailing customer orders.
· Handle customer feedback and resolve any minor complaints with professionalism and care
Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience as front of house or customer-facing sales role, ideally within the luxury retail environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work independently with self directed approach - we don't micromanage; shape the role and make it your own
Desirable:
· A knowledge and passion for jewellery and luxury watches would be a strong advantage
· A passion or skill in photography
