Field Service Engineer Job Description Location: London Are you a hands-on Engineer with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Field Service Engineer at Grundfos, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll ensure our customers receive timely, professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly. You'll be responsible for: - Programing and optimizing our products to the customers' requirements. - Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing pump systems - Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions - Handling service and warranty matters, with support from technical teams - Preparing and submitting detailed service reports - Supporting installations and commissioning projects - Executing maintenance services under SLAs - Providing feedback and input for repair quotations - Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools - Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments What do you need to apply?
