Tuesday to Thursday: 7am - 3pm
Friday: 7am - 12pm
Saturday: 6am - 4pm
Sunday and Monday: OFF
Salary:
£12.85 per hour with occasional overtime at £19.28 per hour after 39 hours worked.
Position Overview:
The Industrial Hygiene Cleaner is responsible for deep cleaning of machinery, production areas, and associated equipment within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring we meet strict hygiene and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out scheduled cleaning and deep cleaning of food production areas, including machinery, walls, floors, and surfaces.
2. Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and hygiene protocols in line with food safety standards (e.g., BRC, HACCP).
3. Use industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment (e.g., foaming systems, pressure washers) safely and effectively.
4. Dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery as required.
5. Accurately complete cleaning records and documentation.
