With projects spanning the UK and Europe, they deliver cutting-edge implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure to help clients streamline operations and accelerate growth.
Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Support Specialist to join their growing support team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment where innovation and service excellence are valued.
The Role
As a D365 Business Central Support Specialist, youll play a key role in supporting users across multiple clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and rapid resolution of system issues. Youll troubleshoot functional and technical challenges, manage support tickets, and collaborate with consultants and developers to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first- and second-line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve user issues across finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory modules
* Manage and document tickets through to resolution, maintaining clear communication with clients
* Support configuration changes, testing, and minor enhancements
* Escalate complex cases to senior consultants or developers when necessary
* Contribute to continuous process improvement within the support function
About You
Youre a proactive problem solver who enjoys working with clients to make technology work for them. You take ownership of issues, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
* Solid understanding of core BC functionality (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory)
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) advantageous
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plus
