Job Title: Qualified Teacher Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students in line with the curriculum Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Enhanced DBS clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Excellent classroom management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience working with SEN students Additional subject-specific qualifications All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
