About the Role
We're hiring a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team at Enexus.
This is a phone-based, outbound sales role focused on generating and converting new business opportunities with UK businesses reviewing their energy contracts.
If you're confident on the phone, driven by targets, and want proper commission with a realistic OTE, this role delivers.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound B2B calls to UK businesses
Freedom to generate leads through any channel ...
Speaking with decision-makers and qualifying opportunities
Booking and progressing sales opportunities
Working closely with experienced account managers to close deals
Working with partnerships to generate leads
Managing your own pipeline and daily KPIs

Realistic £50k–£60k OTE in Year 1

B2B telesales or outbound sales experience (sector not essential)
Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
Target-driven and resilient
