Sheffield Wadsley Bridge Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our welcoming practice. About us Our practice celebrated its 10-year birthday in 2022 and with this are growing and expanding. We are based on the outskirts of the peak district and the countryside but close to local amenities. Our surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment and you will be joining a large and experienced team. We are an RCVS accredited practice and are a ISFM Silver Cat Friendly accredited practice. We have advanced surgeries, soft tissue surgery, ultrasound scan, digital X-rays, acupuncture and much more. Our amazing team is made up of 2 Vets, 4 Nurses, 3 Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager. About You & the Role We're seeking an experienced and driven Lead Veterinary Surgeon who is passionate about clinical excellence and confident leading within a dynamic, collaborative practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinical standards, and playing a key role in the strategic development of a progressive first-opinion practice. As a clinical leader within the team, you'll work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care while supporting and developing the wider veterinary and nursing team. You'll bring a forward-thinking approach, contribute ideas that help the practice evolve, and play an important role in fostering a positive, supportive culture. We're particularly keen to support individual clinical interests and encourage ongoing professional development.
