You'll be joining a high-performing team with the autonomy to lead, the visibility to influence, and the opportunity to develop your career within one of the world's leading real estate consultancies.

The Role

50% – Property Management (Investment Client)
Manage a varied portfolio of industrial, retail and small office assets across the Midlands. Responsibilities include:

* Full service charge oversight, budgeting & reconciliation

* Day-to-day tenant engagement and lease management

* Ensuring compliance, H&S, and operational excellence across the estate

* Working closely with FM, ESG and wider service lines to drive value

* Acting as primary point of contact for the investment client

50% – Account Management (Pensions Client)
Serve as the dedicated account manager for one of our long-standing pensions clients, delivering premium client care and commercial insight:

* Coordinating instructions and reporting across a mixed portfolio

* Leading client meetings and presenting updates

* Managing workflows, performance metrics and governance

* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cross-service collaboration

Leadership & Team Management

* Line management of two support staff, providing guidance, development and workload prioritisation

* Supporting team culture, best practice sharing and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

* Experience in commercial property management (industrial/retail/office preferred)

* Strong understanding of service charge management and landlord/tenant relationships

* Confident communicator with proven client-facing capability

* Ability to lead, influence and manage multiple stakeholders

* Organised, proactive and commercially minded

* MRICS preferred but not essential

Why Cushman & Wakefield?

* Hybrid working – typically 2–3 days per week in our Birmingham office

* Access to national expertise and global resources

* A collaborative culture with real autonomy and room to grow

* Industry-leading benefits, training and career progression
