What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will:
Drive Best practises:Lead talent reviews and succession planning, identifying and assessing key talent while proposing innovative development initiatives that encourage mobility and advancement.
Consult Across the Business:Collaborate with HR Directors, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams to build robust talent management plans, pinpoint skill gaps, and fulfil future needs.
Manage Performance Management:Simplify the colleague experience while fostering a culture of continuous feedback and career conversations.
Strengthen Talent Pipelines:Partner with L&D and Strategic Workforce Planning to diversify talent for leadership roles, implementing high-potential programmes and promoting diversity & inclusion initiatives.
