Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant Manager include:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients to meet their accounting needs efficiently.
2. Preparing financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and producing management accounts.
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive financial guidance.
4. Assisting clients with bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly Xero and other packages.
5. Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing support and training.
Candidate Requirements:
1. ACA or ACCA qualified or QBE.
2. Over 18 months of post-qualified experience reviewing accounts preparation assignments.
3. First point of contact for a portfolio of accounts clients.
4. Ability to supervise and develop a team.
