Your new role
As a Planner / Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works across a busy housing portfolio. Your day will involve:
1. Scheduling operatives and subcontractors
2. Managing diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
3. Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments
4. Monitoring progress and ensuring repairs arepleted within target times
5. Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
6. Supporting the wider repairs team to deliver an excellent customer experience
