Nursery Manager (Oxfordshire)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: 125+ children | 50+ staff
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations
Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of 50 staff
Ensure outstanding EYFS provision across multiple rooms
Maintain safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
Drive continuous improvement in quality and staff practice
Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development
Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
Manage curriculum planning, budgets, and resources
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
Proven experience managing large nursery settings
Experience leading and developing large teams
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
