Fantastic new role for an Associate Creative Director to join an independent, forward-thinking agency specialising in brand identity with an ambitious growth plan. You'll lead and inspire a talented team, shape standout brand identities, and play a pivotal role in elevating both the work and the agency's creative reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic creative processes in the design of brand identity systems.
- Oversee design, copywriting and art direction.
- Present creative concepts confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage a team of 2-3 designers, setting objectives and conducting regular reviews.
- Collaborate with strategists to translate brand strategies into game-changing identities.
- Break creative ground while ensuring strategic and commercial relevance.
- Maintain brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
- Embed high design standards through strong craft and innovative techniques.
- Create brand experience campaign ideas for established brands.
- Be hands-on when needed to bring your concepts to life.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in brand identity agencies.
- Proven track record developing and evolving brand identities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth from brand identity to campaign rollout.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate strategy into creative ideas.
- Exceptional visual storytelling and art direction skills.
- Experience directing photography, film and digital content creation.
- Experience managing, mentoring and motivating creative teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
