The role The Registered Manager will manage a 48 bed care home in Blandford Forum for people we support, promoting through high standards of professional practice, a caring environment conducive to the resident’s health, psychological and physical wellbeing. They work within the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and adhere to the Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards. The Registered Manager is also be responsible for management of colleagues, buildings and budgets, in accordance with Care Dorset policies and procedures.
