As Sales Director - Enterprise Partners, you will have full global responsibility for building and leading Companial’s Enterprise Partner business. This is a senior, high-impact role with the mandate to establish a new team, define strategy, and drive sustainable growth through strategic partnerships within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
You will operate at both strategic and executional levels, working closely with C-level stakeholders, partners, and internal teams across Companial’s international organization.
As Sales Director, you will have full responsibility to:
* Establish and lead a new Enterprise Partner team (4 roles initially – with potential to scale to 10).
* Develop and implement the global strategy for Enterprise Partners.
* Drive growth through both existing and new partners – approximately 10 new per year.
* Expand the business from services-only to also include licenses, training platforms, and an attractive membership model.
* Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with partners and within the Microsoft network.
* Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Companial’s international organization.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has solid experience as a sales director/sales leader in the Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or CRM channel.
* Can open doors, secure strategic partnerships, and drive growth through partners.
* Has experience with both services and license-based business.
* Has a strong network in the Dynamics partner ecosystem.
* Has high EQ and the ability to build a strong team culture.
* Is both strategic and execution-oriented.
