Your Role as a Residential Support Worker
Job Description
You will provide structure, fun, and emotional support to children who need it most. Your day-to-day activities may include cooking meals, engaging in outdoor activities, or helping with crafts.
You will be part of a close-knit team of 6, working closely with Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts to help children find their path to brighter futures.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has the enthusiasm and resilience to handle challenges positively.
We offer training and support to help you grow in your role and achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
