Salary: GBP36,000 : GBP40,000 (depending on experience)

A well:established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a strong workload across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.
The role offers a good balance of work, with approximately 70 domestic and 30 commercial projects, providing variety without being overly pressured. The company operates with clear processes and realistic expectations, offering long:term stability within a supportive team.

The Role
*
Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
*
Working across predominantly domestic properties with some commercial sites
*
Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
*
Managing your own workload effectively
*
Ensuring all work meets current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
*
BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
*
Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
*
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
*
Comfortable working independently
*
Full UK driving licence
