A day in the life of…
As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will keep the Front Office Manager informed of any relevant guest feedback and coordinate with other departments. Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques. Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Based at the Mercure Swansea, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality without demanding excessive hours.
