Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Days and Hours: 36.75 hours per week (15 shifts over a 4‑5‑week rolling rota available). Typical shift patterns: days, 7:45 am–8:pm and nights, 7:45 pm–8:am.
Pay:£16.16 per hour for all shifts. After successful completion of probation: £16.65 per hour. After 1 year of service: £17.17 per hour.
Driver required? Applicants need their own car to get to work due to the location of the clients home.
Using own vehicle for work purposes? Yes (if licence held) to attend training and supervision. Supervision can be held virtually.
Essential Experience: Complex medical needs and supporting a person through waking nights.
Desirable: Experience working with adults with complex trauma, PEG feeding and an interest in therapy.
About the Role: Our client is a 25‑year‑old who thrives in an environment full of activity and engagement. He communicates by a variety of movements and facial expressions. Living in a fully adapted home with his family, he requires 2:1 support for all his daily needs (he cannot be left unattended). * Be a Positive Influence: Create a lively atmosphere that encourages the client’s participation in all aspects of his routine.
