About the role
As Programme Monitoring Officer, you'll lead on tracking, evaluating and reporting, ensuring we meet strategic goals and deliver impact and value for partners and stakeholders. You'll design and implement monitoring frameworks, analyse performance data, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement, inform decision making and ensure accountability.
The postholder will design and implement robust monitoring frameworks, collect and analyse data, and generate insights to support evidence-based decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to drive performance, ensure accountability, and support continuous improvement.
