I've partnered with an innovative investor and developer that's reshaping urban living through a bold and thoughtful approach to co-living. Their growing portfolio across London goes far beyond just providing homes — it's about building vibrant, community-focused environments where residents can connect, collaborate, and truly thrive.
With exciting expansion plans already in motion, they're now seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the seamless day-to-day running of their co-living portfolio.
As a Facilities Administrator, you'll help ensure each property is safe, compliant, and impeccably maintained. From coordinating contractors and managing maintenance systems to supporting building operations, you'll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, high-quality living experience for every resident.
Your Responsibilities:
* Keep detailed records of maintenance, inspections, permits, and compliance documents.
* Manage the facilities helpdesk — logging and tracking service requests and work orders.
* Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and contractor visits.
* Support the implementation of health & safety procedures across all properties.
* Assist with risk assessments, fire drills, audits, and compliance reporting.
* Maintain statutory documentation (e.g. gas safety, fire systems, lift inspections).
* Monitor the condition of buildings and raise issues proactively.
Your Requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities, property, or administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A basic understanding of building systems, compliance, and health & safety.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a team-player attitude.
