An opportunity is available for the successful candidate to join our International Cyber Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of client service and placing cyber insurance for a range of industries and sectors. Within the role you will have the responsibility of developing business, supporting WTW colleagues Internationally with their portfolio of clients and prospects, and working with direct insureds. In this role you will be accountable for retention, new business development, client strategy & placement.

The Role
Broking and Servicing
1. Directly handle large/complex placements in a lead broking role
2. Prepare client and prospect presentations
3. Work with other colleagues and stakeholders in determining appropriate strategy and solutions for structuring and pricing on each placement
4. Identify appropriate markets and determine placement strategy using cyber insurance placement acumen whilst adhering to BU’s protocols
5. Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets
6. Lead wording discussions with insurers and producing offices with the support of GB Cyber’s Coverage Specialists
7. Participate in information gathering exercises
8. Contribute to the development of non-account-specific Cyber & TMT initiatives
9. Assist in achieving the goals and objectives of the Cyber & TMT Insurance Practice and FINEX GB, and contribute to the goals and objectives of the Global Cyber Insurance Practice
10. Support the overall operational governance and decision-making process
11. Overseas travel as and when required
12. Ensure adherence to WTW policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
Client Relationship Management
13. Understand the clients’ business, objectives and risk management needs and look for solutions through the provision of ongoing service
14. Develop account service strategy for individual clients in line with Business Unit (BU) process
15. Draw on expertise from specialist technical teams within the BU and across the Group for clients as required
16. Determine placement strategies to deliver suitable solutions, including price and structure, which meet each clients’ needs
17. Accountability for client service and relationship development with producing offices, direct clients and other stakeholders
Placement Management
18. Manage compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements
19. Understand, apply and where necessary explain the BU policies and procedures
20. Assist with loading of data into the relevant WTW systems
21. Ensure operational and service delivery in line with Group policies
22. Support and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service
23. Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue
24. Work with senior colleagues in the development of service plans that define the engagement and timing of engagement with the client
25. Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met.
