Overview

This role supports the coordination and delivery of high-quality student placements across our clinical services, ensuring a positive and safe learning experience. You will act as a key link between clinical teams, education providers, and learners, helping to plan, monitor, and evaluate placements, while ensuring compliance with NHS contract requirements and contributing to workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage student placements and act as the main liaison between the Corporate Education Team, universities, and placement providers.
* Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, attendance, and monitoring of placements.
* Maintain accurate digital records of placements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Act as the first point of contact for learners regarding placement queries, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications and Experience
* Current NMC registration is essential.
* Evidence of post-qualifying and CPD activities.
* Practice Assessor/Mentorship Qualification.
* Maths and English GCSE at level 4 or equivalent.
* Experience in clinical education or workforce planning is desirable.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with flexible shifts. Salary up to £36,000/year depending on experience. Benefits include holiday entitlement, pension scheme, private healthcare, staff discounts, and professional development opportunities.
