Hours: 25 - 7am -9am 3pm -6pm (during the school holidays the timings can be flexible condensed hours), 52 weeks a year

We are seeking a dedicated School Site Manager to join our friendly team and play a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of our will have a key role in supporting teaching and learning by maintaining an environment that promotes wellbeing, safeguarding, and operational excellence — working collaboratively with colleagues who take pride in their school community and are committed to upholding our Trust and school’s vision and values.

About the Role
As Site Manager, you will:
• Lead on health & safety compliance, fire safety, and statutory site checks
• Ensure the security of the school site, acting as a key holder and responding to emergencies
• Oversee the management and maintenance of buildings, grounds, heating, lighting, and water systems
• Line manage and support caretaking and cleaning staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture
• Supervise contractors and ensure works meet compliance and safeguarding standards
• Monitor energy and water usage, promoting efficiency and sustainability
• Support school events, lettings, and community use of facilities
• Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, painting and decorating
This is a hands-on role requiring leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
