Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Business Assurance Strategy. Act as the organisational lead on quality governance, risk, and compliance. Chair the Business Assurance Committee and contribute to governance forums. Collaborate with operational, compliance, governance and clinical teams to implement measurable improvements. Use quality data to inform decisions and drive improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with KPIs and governance standards. Represent the business quality function in external reviews and inspections. Build internal capability through training, coaching, and leadership in quality improvement.
