About The Role
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
We're looking to recruit a Site Engineer with structures experience to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section in the Brackley area.
You will liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, and materials to carry out works activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
You will be responsible for working with the setting-out team, overseeing the performance and development of junior engineers, and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub-Agent. Additionally, you will monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their works meet contractual requirements.
You will ensure the team has all current information and resources needed. You will assist with producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasts.

About You
* HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent, working towards ICE membership.
* Knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering and construction supervision skills.
* Experience in heavy structures or drainage is essential.
* CSCS card required (Black, Gold, White, White/Yellow, Red Experienced, or Red Provisional for 6 months).
* Full driving license and vehicle access required.
