Full-Time General Operatives Required
We are currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of our Client to join a busy manufacturing environment. These roles offer long-term opportunities with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.
Pay Rate: £15.07 per hour
Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and become part of a growing and supportive production team. You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality uPVC windows and doors, working with both recycled and new materials. A strong focus is placed on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will vary depending on the department but will typically include:
* Being present and ready at your workstation at the start of each shift, maintaining reliable attendance
* Following production processes and procedures accurately
* Adhering fully to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Identifying faults or errors and taking appropriate corrective action
* Reporting machinery or product issues to the production supervisor
* Carrying out tasks competently once fully trained and signed off
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
* Communicating effectively with team leaders at all times
* Demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
* Representing the business professionally at all times
* Complying strictly with all Health and Safety requirements, including the correct use of PPE
* Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management
