Responsibilities
* Manage clinical and governance responsibilities on a 24‑hour basis within the Minor Injuries Unit.
* Provide strong leadership, excellent communication, and support staff with clinical expertise.
* Operate effectively under pressure without compromising basic standards of care and professionalism.
* Participate in research and audit projects to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
* Advanced clinical expertise in minor injuries.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Clinical Nurse Specialist or equivalent).
* Post‑qualification experience sufficient to lead a dedicated nursing team.
* Experience in research and audit projects.
Hours: 37hrs per week – working a rotational shift pattern over 7 days including both days and evenings (10‑12.5hr shifts).
