From dining facilities to accommodation and recreation areas, our teams support Defence personnel by providing consistent, high quality food services that contribute to their wellbeing and daily operations. We are seeking reliable and motivated Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across multiple Defence sites within a structured and supportive environment. Role Locations: Air HQ Glenbrook, NSW Defence Establishment Orchard Hills, NSW Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with food preparation, service and cleaning duties Delivering friendly and professional customer service Supporting dining room and service operations Maintaining hygiene, food safety and allergen standards Working across multiple sites to support operational needs What we’re looking for: Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills and customer focused approach Reliable and able to work across two Defence sites Ability to work in a team and adapt to different environments Flexible availability for casual shifts Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance Why join us?
