What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of our eCommerce sender journey and lead the development of a seamless, market‑leading account experience across domestic and international shipping.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial - driving vision, setting strategy and ensuring our products deliver measurable customer and business value.
You’ll dive deep into customer insight, define clear problem spaces, shape the roadmap and work closely with product‑aligned squads to deliver high‑quality product outcomes that matter.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver the product vision and strategy for the sender account experience
2. Shape and own product roadmaps, OKRs and strategic priorities
3. Work closely with UX, Operations and Technology to turn insight into action
4. Partner with senior stakeholders to define and solve high‑value customer problems
5. Oversee discovery and delivery for your product area, ensuring clarity and focus
6. Support go‑to‑market planning including launch strategy and progress reporting
7. Serve as a product expert in your domain, using customer and market insight to influence decisions
8. Coach and support Product Managers, helping to build capability across the team
9. Bring structure, clarity and momentum - improving how teams work and deliver value
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a customer‑obsessed, commercially minded and technically confident product leader who can bring clarity, drive and ambition to a complex space.
10. Strong experience as a Product Manager, ideally at senior level
11. A track record of delivering impactful digital products end‑to‑end
12. Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
13. A customer‑centric approach with the ability to turn insight into action
14. Strong analytical skills (Power BI / SQL a bonus)
15. Experience working with agile squads and managing product increments
16. The ability to create clear roadmaps, prioritise effectively and inspire teams
17. Curiosity, ownership and a proactive approach to solving problems
