Due to a new contract win, we are looking to hire a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Brechin. This role involves working closely with site management, surveyors, and tenants. The main duties include:
1. Ensuring properties are ready for installation.
2. Keeping tenants fully informed about upcoming work.
3. Ensuring tenant satisfaction throughout the process.
4. Providing complete aftercare once work is completed.
This role is vital in positively representing Mears, working closely with the contract operational team and customers daily. You will provide front-facing support and advice, delivering proactive communication throughout the work cycle. Our goal is to put the customer at the heart of everything we do, meeting the needs of the business, our clients, and our customers.
Role Criteria:
* Experience in social housing.
* Experience working on multiple contracts.
* Understanding the needs of social housing tenants and operations.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Full UK driving license.
Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for more than 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
