Senior Manufacturing Manager - Medical Devices - Oxford
Responsibilities
* Lead all manufacturing operations, manage and optimise production schedules, drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor members of the manufacturing team.
* This is a hands-on leadership position, and due to the nature of the work and the need to support junior colleagues in real time, the role is fully on site with no hybrid or remote options.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Director, taking full ownership of production output within a regulated environment.
* Experience within the medical devices sector is ideal, but candidates with backgrounds in biotech or other highly regulated manufacturing fields are encouraged to apply.
* Experience with electro-medical or electronic medical technologies is beneficial, though not essential.
