Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in surgical nursing? Would you like more time to care for your patients?
Due to the launch of new services and an increase in patient activity we have exciting opportunities for motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical and Outpatient Teams. You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, delivering excellent patient care in line with KIMS vision and strategy.
These roles are ideally suited to registered nurses who are completely patient focused, with a proven ability to provide healthcare at its best and would like to progress their career in a clinical environment that promotes staff development.

As a Registered Nurse you will:
1. Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct.
2. Support team members and act as role model, promoting a learning environment
3. Maintain accurate records of patient care.
4. Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
5. Promote and initiate innovation and new ideas in methods of care delivery and effective use of resources, direct resource planning, ensuring maximum utilisation of skills and knowledge.
