Purpose
As the Account Manager, you will be accountable for the success, relationships and growth of Peterborough College.
Your particular focus will be recruitment, client management and account growth.
Relationships
You will take responsibility for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with:
1. Hiring managers
2. Candidates
3. Your line manager
4. The Associate Director
5. The compliance team
6. Marketing
Responsibilities:
7. Achieve an annual business plan, which will be determined by client demand and opportunity
8. Manage a high volume of vacancies and resource first-class talent for the client
9. Hit KPIs and standards:
10. Meetings per weekNew business brought onCVs sent per roleClient and candidate satisfactionSpeculative CVsValue add projectsCritical turnaround times% of target over achievedIdentify areas of growth within the College
11. Develop a thorough stakeholder plan and meet regularly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to determine requirements and build relationships
12. Provide continuous improvements initiatives to help further improve your account
13. Increase the market share of client spend
14. Provide first-class customer service to both the client and candidates
15. Support on other accounts in the portfolio where needed
16. Record and track data, ensuring systems and documents are up to date at all times
17. Report weekly to your manager weekly track and measure financial performance
18. Use a reporting suite to draw review and manipulate data effectively
19. Hold regular service review meetings with key stakeholders
Person Specification:
20. You are a skilled and experienced Recruiter / Account Manager having managed or worked closely with high-volume key clients
21. You work with a high level of customer service
22. You have a high level of IT skills and can work with systems and Microsoft
23. You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership and responsibility for your dedicated account
24. You celebrate your success and your team’s success
25. You are professional and represent the company to the highest standard at all times
26. You will be willing and able to travel to Head Office and between campuses where needed
