An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Harrogate offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a progressive practise and be part of a growing multi-practice law provider. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and be able to manage a caseload of residential property files to include buying and selling all types of residential property, mortgages and re-mortgages and Home Equity Release Plans. The Role: • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. • Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately, adhering to compliance, legal and regulatory requirements. • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties. • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting searches, and managing financial aspects of transactions. Skills & Experience: • You will have a strong understanding of property law, contract law, and conveyancing procedures. • You will be confident, well-presented and able to work on your own initiative. • Self-starter and proactive individual able to manage their own casework. • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A proactive, client-focused approach. • A relevant qualification in law or conveyancing is preferred but not essential.
