What You’ll Do Perform routine sampling and microbiological testing in accordance with company standards. Document all work accurately to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Adhere to cGMP regulations, departmental protocols, and site policies. Meet testing deadlines and proactively communicate any issues that may affect timelines. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge sharing. Support and promote a safe working environment by adhering to all EH&S policies and guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team problem-solving. Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion. Health, Safety & Environment Actively participate in maintaining a safety-first culture. Follow emergency procedures and safe systems of work at all times. Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements. Report and help resolve any safety concerns, near misses, or incidents promptly. What You Bring Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. Minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent) in science-related subjects. Previous laboratory or QC experience within a regulated or GMP environment. Understanding of cGMP principles (training provided where required). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working to critical deadlines in a dynamic environment. Why Join Us?
