Job Introduction

* Manage and optimize store performance, recruit new team members, and handle HR responsibilities.
Requirements
* Experience in guiding and developing a team in a busy, service-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire.
* Resilience and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to analyze commercial information.
* Willingness to support the team in store activities.
