About the job Salary: Circa £26,000 per annum - pending pay award Hours: 37 hours per week We have two opportunities to join our growing Property Investment and Compliance team as a Facilities Management Assistant. You will be an ambassador for Coastline, investing time with customers to ensure they feel safe in their homes. You will support the Facilities Contract Manager to proactively ensure customer safety and regulatory compliance of our buildings through weekly safety inspections/testing of communal areas and shared spaces. You will be responsible for regular checks and accurate monitoring of any issues including logging repairs and sharing non-repairs queries with the relevant Coastline colleagues. We are looking for a candidate with experience of working within social housing settings and experience of repairs reporting. With experience of working in a customer facing role, you will have the ability to work directly with customers, translating technical matters into easily-understood guidance, as well as strong analytical and IT skills including Excel and Word.
