Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Assistant include:
3. Supporting the work of the conveyancing team, along with general and more complex administration tasks.
4. Working closely with the Conveyancers and Legal Administrators to ensure a first-class service is provided.
5. Responsible for amending and collating letters with enclosures in line with set deadlines.
6. Carrying out a number of post-completion tasks.
7. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, responding to correspondence, calls and emails in a prompt manner.
8. Work with the Matter Lawyers, Team Manager and others within the wider Real Estate Group where required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will have:
9. Experience working within conveyancing or legal administration - this can be in a law firm or estate agency (highly desirable)
10. Excellent clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
11. Superb attention to detail
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
13. Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
14. Be highly organised
15. Have the desire to work in an interesting, fast paced, and collaborative environment
